Gross? Dirty? Clean? When searching for any of these words the specifics can be difficult to pinpoint, though companies take advantage of these feelings. An example of this would be Mucinex. In their commercials you see these ugly, green, and slimy talking blobs- they’re your mucus and they love the comfort of your throat, coughing makes it better- right? Despite your disgust the advertisements successfully convey the idea that Mucinex will kick these pests out. Now let’s look at a hard feeling to deny- penmanship.
